HIMYM series finale

So... That was the finale, honestly I did not like it, it makes no sense to focus the entire season on one couple and then break them up in the end. Also Ted told Robin that they weren't meant to be on the previous episode, seriously not cool guys.
Anyway we can only hope the outraged fans will be able to ingore ir and pretend it didn't happen, and for the ones who liked it, you kids are lucky.

 

Scandal 3x15

Well we finally got to see the first children, and we get to see that their relationship with the POTUS is not ideal. I don't know if we will be seing more of them this season, but it would be interesting to see how they deal with everything that is going on; Both their parents having affairs.
We also got to see more of Olivia's parents, and bits of all the different plots that are going on.
Lets not forget this show is the king of plot twists that lead to oh so many plot lines, we have: the reelection campaign, Olivia's terrorist mom working with Harrison's criminal ex, Ex-Command out for revenge, Sally going against Fitz, B613, Mellie and Andrew, and so on. 
So we can only hope to see how it ALL develops, and what are all this bad guys up to.
Personally I think they wouldn't have so many problems if they could keep their pants on, or at least be a bit more careful.

Tonight's Grey's Anatomy

There is a new Grey's Anatomy tonight, it is the 17th episode of the season. It was directed by Chandra Wilson and according to Sandra Oh she did a great job, and so did Kevin Mckidd.

New tv series: Enlisted

Enlisted is a new comedy show from fox that aired in january. This show is about the Rear-D soldiers from the army on a fictional post called Fort McGee in Florida. The plot revolves around 3 brothers, 2 of them were already stationed there since they didn't make the cut to be deployed and the oldest one was a great soldier in war but he punched a superior in the face and was sent home.

Their job is to take care of things at home and watch after the families of the soldiers that are overseas; which includes washing tanks and support groups for army wives, so it is really funny to see this characters goof around but at the same time actually help people.

Castle spring hiatus

Just a friendly reminder that Castle is on hiatus until april 21st, we didn't get such a long one for the winter so I guess it makes sense.

TBT Friends "The one with the hypnosis tape" 1997

On march 13th 1997, that is 17 years ago  (ouch we are getting old), "the one with the hypnosis tape" aired. This is the 18th episode of the third season of friends.
On this episode Phoebe is trying to convince her brother Frank to not marry his teacher, she asks the guys for help but Frank makes them see how much he loves alice and end up helping him for the wedding. Also Chandler was trying to quit smoking using a hypnosis tape, what he didn't know was that the tape said he was a strong confident woman so he started acting as such.
I just love Friends and I think this episode was hilarious (like all of them).

About a Boy

"About a boy" is a new tv series from NBC that aired on february 22nd. Some of you may remember there was a movie with the same title in 2002 with Hugh Grant and Nick Hoult, well it is the same story; both of them are based on a book by the same name. The series is about this rich bachelor with no goals or responsibilities whose life completely changes after meeting the kid that just moved in next door and his quirky mother.

I was a bit worried they were going to mess with a really great story, but so far (the 2 episodes that have aired), I actually really like it. I hope they keep up the good work because it has lots of potential. The first episode was directed by Jon Favreau, he is also one of the producers of this show, and of Iron Man, but you all might remember him as Happy the bodyguard/driver for Tony and Pepper

Grey's Anatomy 10x13

One of the fans favorite couples finally got together, they left us with a cliffhanger at the mid season finale but it was worth the wait, there was lots of speculation about the outcome, considering past experience with this show getting it is not wise to get your hopes up, but things worked out pretty well after all.

Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and April Kepner (Sarah Drew), eloped and got married after running out of her own wedding with another guy, in december we were left at the moment when Jackson speaks up about his feelings, and we start the new episode with them running out of the ceremony. We don't really get to know the happy outcome until the end of the episode, but I think that made it better and more fun to watch.

I guess, considering the promo, there is going to be lots to figure out for this couple and others on the show for them to be happy, for now everything seems fine, but we can only hope not to suffer much in the future.

This week's castle was beautiful seeing beckett with her wedding dress and talking about her mother, it certainly gave us all plenty of feels to deal with afterwards. This episode was supposed to air a week before but it didn't. Luckily the UK leaked it and some of us got to watch it early and again when it aired oficially. 

ABC is making us wait until the 17th for the next episode, and I don't think we will get another slip from the UK, however we should be grateful for not having to deal with an eternal hiatus like Grey's Anatomy or Scandal.

It looks like we will get a spring  wedding if everything goes according to plan! yay! :D
